The new Law on Immovable Property Tax has been published on the 30, April 2019 in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro” No. 25/19 and it came into force on 8 May of the same year.
This new law regulates the basic elements of tax on immovable property. By this law, the objects of taxation, illegal buildings, undeveloped building land are clearly defined now.
