THE LARGEST MIXED-USED REAL ESTATE PROJECT IN MONTENEGRO – CAPITAL PLAZA –
Law Office Vujacic was involved as local legal advisors in this project supporting the Capital Investment LLC Abu Dhabi/Abu Dhabi Capital Group in the preparation of many agreements and other documents (the Memorandum of Understanding, the Loan Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Pre-Sale Agreement etc.).
This is the largest mixed-use real estate project in Montenegro – Capital Plaza which comprises 1 million square feet of prime retail, business, hospitality and residential space.
Deal value: approximately €150.0 million.

– Law Office Vujacic advised the BNDES – Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento, Brazil, in the financing of aircrafts for Montenegro Airlines.
Deal value: approximately $67.0 million.
– Law Office Vujacic advised Celestial Aviation Trading 66 Limited a subsidiary of GE Capital Aviation Services Limited, in the financing of two aircraft for Montenegro Airlines and also in the financing of two aircraft for the new national airline company ToMontenegro.
