The new Law on Foreigners has been published on the 23, February 2018 in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro” No.12/18 and it will come into force on 3, March of the same year.
The laws aims is to regulate the conditions for entry, exit, movement, stay and work of foreigners in Montenegro in accordance to international standards.
