       Law Office Vujacic as local counsel advised the senior lenders EUROPEAN BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT and KFW IPEX-BANK GMBH in connection with a project financing of Wind Farm in Krnovo, Montenegro. 

       Deal value approximately € 98 million.

                                                                              WIND FARM IN MONTENEGRO –  MOZURA

           Law Office Vujacic as local counsel advising the SPIC Ronghe International Financial Leasing Co. Limited in the project of financing the second wind farm project in Montenegro near Ulcinj – MOZURA.

Deal value approximately € 68 million.

                                                  THE LARGEST MIXED-USED REAL ESTATE PROJECT IN MONTENEGRO 

                                                                                                             – CAPITAL PLAZA –

                                           

 Law Office Vujacic were involved as local legal advisors in this project supporting the Capital Investment LLC Abu Dhabi/Abu Dhabi Capital Group in preparing of many agreements and other documents (the Memorandum of Understanding, the Loan Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Pre-Sale Agreement etc.).

This is the largest mixed-used real estate project in Montenegro – Capital Plaza which comprises 1 million square feet of prime retail, business, hospitality and residential space.

              THE FINANCING AND SELING OF AIRCRAFTS TO NATIONAL MONTENEGRIN AIR COMPANIES

– Law Office Vujacic advising the BNDES – Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento, Brazil, in project of the financing     of aircrafts for Montenegro Airlines.

    Deal value approximately $67.0 million

–  Law Office Vujacic advising the Celestial Aviation Trading 66 Limited a subsidiary of GE Capital Aviation                      Services Limited, in project of the financing of aircrafts for      Montenegro Airlines and also in the project of the      financing of two aircrafts to new national airline company ToMontenegro.

    Deal value approximately $31.0 million

Law Office Vujacic advising the Gintas Construction Contracting and Trade inc., Turkey in investment project for realization of the first Public Private Partnership Investment in Podgorica – project Mall of Montenegro.
