November 2019 verabschiedet. Es ist ein Teil von einer umfassenden Bem\u00fchung der Europ\u00e4ischen Union zum einen \u00dcbergang auf CO\u2082-arme, nachhaltige, ressourceneffiziente und Kreislaufwirtschaft, alles im Einklang mit den Zielen f\u00fcr nachhaltige Entwicklung, die mit der Agenda 2030 f\u00fcr nachhaltige Entwicklung, die von den Vereinten Nationen verabschiedet wurde, festgestellt wurden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verordnung besch\u00e4ftigt sich mit der Transparenz im Bereich der <em>Einbeziehung von Nachhaltigkeitsrisiken und der Ber\u00fccksichtigung nachteiliger Nachhaltigkeitsauswirkungen<\/em> sowie bei der <em>Bereitstellung von Nachhaltigkeitsinformationen<\/em> in Bezug auf die Prozesse und Produkte, die von den Finanzmarktteilnehmern (z. B. den Versicherungsunternehmen, die ein Versicherungsanlageprodukt anbieten, den Wertpapierfirmen, die Portfolioverwaltung erbringen, oder den Verwaltern alternativer Investmentfonds) und den Finanzberatern (z. B. den Versicherungsunternehmen, die Versicherungsberatung f\u00fcr Versicherungsanlageprodukte anbieten, den Wertpapierfirmen, die Anlageberatung anbieten) angeboten werden.<\/p>\n<p>Jedoch, wegen der Komplexit\u00e4t und des allgemeinen Risikos von Greenwashing sowie der Verbesserung des Niveaus des Investorenschutzes, hat die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission ihren Vorschlag f\u00fcr die EU-Offenlegungsverordnung 2.0 ver\u00f6ffentlicht, mit dem Ziel, die Nachteile der originalen Verordnung zu l\u00f6sen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem neuen Vorschlag, wurden drei neue Produkttypen eingef\u00fchrt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00dcbergangsprodukte (die Produkte, die investieren oder unterst\u00fctzen den \u00dcbergang eines Unternehmens zur Nachhaltigkeit);<\/li>\n<li>ESG\u2013Basisprodukte (die Produkte, die Nachhaltigkeitsfaktoren in ihre Investitionsstrategie bereitstellen), und;<\/li>\n<li>Nachhaltige Produkte (die Produkte, die in nachhaltige Unternehmen investieren, oder die Nachhaltigkeit unterst\u00fctzen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alle von den oben genannten Produkten m\u00fcssen eine Minimalschwelle in der H\u00f6he von 70 % von Investitionen in die jeweiligen nachhaltigkeitsbezogenen Ziele schaffen, und alle drei umfassen Pflichtausschl\u00fcsse und im Voraus definierte Strategien.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der anderen Seite sind die Offenlegungen auf Ebene der Unternehmen bez\u00fcglich der nachteiligen Hauptauswirkungen aufgehoben mit dem neuen Vorschlag, mit dem Ziel der Reduzierung der Verwaltungsbelastung auf die relevanten Unternehmen. Die Einsch\u00e4tzungen sagen eine Reduzierung von 25 % in diesem Bereich voraus.<\/p>\n<p>Letztlich ist die Definition der nachhaltigen Investitionen, die Anlass zu Streitigkeiten gegeben hat, v\u00f6llig gestrichen, aber ihre Prinzipien sind mit den neuen Produktkategorien und Ausschl\u00fcssen unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n<p>Es wird erwartet, dass der neue Vorschlag im Jahr 2028 vollst\u00e4ndig umgesetzt wird.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Umfasst von:<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Vujacic, LL.M.
