Das neue Gesetz \u00fcber den Bau der Geb\u00e4ude sowie das neue Gesetz \u00fcber Raumplanung wurden am 4. M\u00e4rz 2025 im Amtsblatt von Montenegro Nr. 019\/25 verabschiedet und sind am 5. M\u00e4rz 2025 in Kraft getreten.<\/p>\n

Das Ziel der Verabschiedung dieser geteilten Gesetze in diesem Bereich ist prim\u00e4r die Dezentralisierung der Aufgaben f\u00fcr die Planung und die Definition der Erm\u00e4chtigungen des Staates sowie der Gemeinden f\u00fcr die Verabschiedung der Planungsunterlagen und die Erteilung der Genehmigungen.<\/p>\n

Eine der signifikantesten Neuigkeiten ist die Wiedereinf\u00fchrung der Baugenehmigung, die beim vorherigen Gesetz nicht erforderlich war.<\/p>\n
