Die EU hat fortgesetzt, das zu tun, mit der Verabschiedung der EU-Entgelttransparenzrichtlinie, die letztes Jahr verabschiedet wurde. Die neu verabschiedete Richtlinie zielt darauf ab, eines der Hauptprobleme im heutigen Streben nach Gleichstellung zu l\u00f6sen: geschlechtsbezogene Lohnunterschiede in der EU.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dieser Richtlinie, bei der die Hauptparameter f\u00fcr die Feststellung der Remuneration der Mitarbeiter festgestellt wurden, wird das \u201eGleiches Entgelt f\u00fcr M\u00e4nner und Frauen bei gleicher oder gleichwertiger Arbeit\u201c-Prinzip einfacher als je zuvor f\u00fcr die Implementierung. Die Richtlinie bietet den Mitarbeitern das Recht, die Information \u00fcber den Durchschnittslohn f\u00fcr ihre oder die gleichgestellte Arbeitsposition von ihren Arbeitgebern zu fordern, mit der Pflicht des Arbeitgebers, diese Aufforderung zu erf\u00fcllen, und au\u00dferdem, um die Remuneration bei dem Geschlecht zu zeigen.<\/p>\n<p>Weiterhin werden die durch die DSGVO gestellten Grundsteine weiter durchgesetzt, mit den Arbeitgebern, die jetzt verboten ist, die potenziellen Mitarbeiter \u00fcber ihre vorherigen L\u00f6hne zu fragen. Die Arbeitgeber haben die zus\u00e4tzliche Pflicht, die Kandidaten \u00fcber das Einstiegsgehalt oder den Gehaltsrahmen zu informieren.<\/p>\n<p>Berichtspflichten werden an Gesellschaften, die \u00fcber 100 Mitarbeiter haben, auferlegt, mit der H\u00e4ufigkeit des Berichts abh\u00e4ngig von der Anzahl der Mitarbeiter. Falls der Lohnunterschied h\u00f6her als 5 % ist, muss eine Aktion unternommen werden. Diese Schwellenwerte werden in ihrem minimalen Wert gegeben, und Mitgliedstaaten haben das Recht, strengere Restriktionen zu regulieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die zuvor genannten Regeln m\u00fcssen bis zum 7.
