Der Fokus dieses Trainings war auf die wichtigsten Neuigkeiten im Bereich des Datenschutzes in der EU-Regulierung sowie auf die bedeutenden Ver\u00e4nderungen im lokalen belgischen Handel.<\/p>\n<p>Die neuesten GDPR-Entwicklungen umfassen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>29\/02: Garante verh\u00e4ngte Enel Energia eine 79 Mil. EUR Streife<\/li>\n<li>01\/03: Die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission sendete Meta einen DSA \u2013 Das Gesetz \u00fcber digitale Dienste \u2013 Informationerforderung f\u00fcr \u201ePay oder Okay\u201c<\/li>\n<li>07\/03: Die Beurteilung des Gerichtshofs der Europ\u00e4ischen Union (EuGH) im C-604\/22 \u2013 IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau) Transparency and Consent Network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem gab es eine Reihe signifikanter Ver\u00e4nderungen in Beziehung mit APD\/GBA (Belgische Datenschutzbeh\u00f6rde) im Bereich ihrer inneren Strukture sowie prozedurlichen Modalit\u00e4ten. Der Ziel dieser Ver\u00e4nderungen ist, die Funktionalit\u00e4t der Beh\u00f6rde zu verbessern, w\u00e4hrend gleichzeitig die Verfahren vor ihm mehr effizient zu machen.<\/p>\n<p>Schlie\u00dflich wurden die wichtigsten belgischen lokalen sowie EU-Transparenzf\u00e4lle und Pers\u00f6nlichendatenf\u00e4lle umfasst, einschlie\u00dflich Black Tiger Belgien Fall, der Diocese Ghent-Khatolische Kirche-Fall, litauischen \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheitszentrums gegen die litauische Datenschutzbeh\u00f6rde sowie der belgischen Staat gegen die belgische Datenschutzbeh\u00f6rde.<\/p>\n<p>Die zuvor genannten Entwicklungen werden sich in Zukunft auf den pers\u00f6nlichen Datenschutz sowie auf Transparenz positiv auswirken.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Law Office Vujacic hat an einem Training \u00fcber die neuesten Entwicklungen im GDPR-Bereich teilgenommen.
