Sie haben uns mit einer klaren und pr\u00e4zisen Vorlesung an das Thema der aktuelle gesetzliche Rahmen und erlaubte Weise von Werben vorgenanten Getr\u00e4nken gebitet, unterst\u00fctzt von theoretischem Hintergrund und praktischen Beispielen.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser Rechtsbereich wird von der EU-Audiovisual Media Services (AMS)-Richtlinie aus dem Jahr 2007 reguliert. Es besonders verbiet Werbungen den Alkoholgetr\u00e4nken, die speziell zielen die Minderj\u00e4hrige oder ermutigen \u201eunm\u00e4\u00dfigen Verbrauch von diesen Getr\u00e4nke&#8220;. Zus\u00e4tlich ist irgenwelche Art der diskriminierenden Werbung streng verboten. Das besonders umfasst die Werbung, die die besondere Gruppe zielt oder die Frauen objektiviert.<\/p>\n<p>Dies ist ein sich st\u00e4ndig weiterentwickelnder Rechtsbereich, was bedeutet, dass die besonderen Umst\u00e4nde jedes Einzelfalls ber\u00fccksichtigt und Entscheidungen von Fall zu Fall getroffen werden. Weil das der Fall ist, wurden durch eine gro\u00dfe Reihe von praktischen Beispielen die wichtigsten Punkte von Alkoholwerbung vorgestellt. Kompanien m\u00fcssen vermeiden, falsche Versprechen des besseren Sozialstatus oder besserer psychische und fyzische Gesundheit zu geben, um ihre Werbung an Medienplattformen zu haben.
