Ms.
Radmila Radoicic, Attorney at Law, started her professional
work in 2007 as a trainee in Law Office Vujacic, after she graduated
at the Law Faculty of University of Montenegro, and ever since she
gained significant experience in advising clients in areas of
corporate, business, tax and labor law. Shortly after the beginning of her career, Ms. Radoicic showed great results and legal competency in her work and soon after she got the position of Legal Adviser in Law Office Vujacic. As a Legal Adviser, Ms. Radoicic has specialized mostly in commercial, business, employment law and real estate issues, all related to the domestic and foreign investments.
She also assisted foreign and domestic corporate clients in all procedures related to their business in Montenegro and in all types of employment related issues. Moreover, Ms. Radoicic parallel works in the area of dispute resolution, by representing clients before court, mostly related to the commercial and employment law.
After receiving the license of Bar Association of Montenegro, she focused her work on dispute resolution, greatly related to the civil and court procedure, executive procedures, labor disputes and media law, as well as for intellectual property. Namely, Ms. Radoicic has broad experience related to the intellectual property field, i.e. monitoring and registration of trademarks, designs, preparation of the Agreement on the transfer of rights and maintaining procedures to protect the rights of trademarks holders before the competent state bodies.

Also, during her studies Ms. Radoicic, attended various program and project related to the Human rights and in May 2007 she was representative of the University of Montenegro in program "Human Rights School for Future Decision Makers", in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
She participated in a Doing Business Project for the World Bank in 2010 and 2011, for the area of Starting a Business in Montenegro and also acted as a member of the team of lawyers, preparing various legal analysis providing of legal opinions and assistance to clients, in order to find the optimum legal solutions, according to the current legislation of the Montenegro.
She is admitted to the Montenegro Bar Association.
